My Favorite Book: The Noticer
One of my favorite things in the world is to curl up with a delicious cup of coffee and a good book. The kind of book that makes you forget about your responsibilities and problems. The kind of book that lets you lose track of time. To be honest, I haven't really done this in quite awhile. But I would really like to work it back into my life. So I figure why not start on the blog?
I have always been somewhat of a book nerd. I suppose it started in 4th grade when I read the entire Nancy Drew series in a matter of months. When I finished that last novel in the 56-book-series I was both extremely sad and extremely proud. Thankfully as I have grown older my taste in literature has changed. Any book that opens up my mind, changes my perspective or let's me in on a whole new world is fine by me.
So every month I plan to share a book that I love, along with a few others I intend to read. If you have any suggestions of books that you recommend please comment on this post or tweet at me @kelseymurray using the hashtag #tmpcoffeetalk!
To kick off this new series I am including my all time favorite book: The Noticer, by Andy Andrews. Not only is it a fast read, but it really opened my eyes up to different types of relationships. So go find it! and indulge.
